The management functionalities can be performed by mobile network operators, service providers (e.g. financial institutions), trusted service managers or third parties. All, or just a selection, can be delegated by one party to another.

	Mobile application lifecycle management Enable content and parameters (e.g. load, update, delete) to be managed dynamically after the handsets have been issued according to requests from users or service providers.
	Cryptographic key management Generate & manage multiple key types and realise key exchange between different Trusted Service Managers, Service Providers and Mobile Network Operators. Also, enable secure communications and full security domain management.
	Secure element management Support any secure element form factor (embedded, UICC USIM, or MicroSD). Full security domain management (e.g. generation. deletion, instantiation and extradition).
	Device lifecycle management Load, personalise and activate content on devices securely in case of a lost, stolen, replacement or change of handsets.
	Wallet management Create, update and delete wallets on handsets, taking the device and supported operating system into consideration. Also provides support for wallet registration and deregistration.
