Bell ID Signs Northern European Financial Group

1 November 2007 (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) - Bell ID, worldwide technology leader in the field of smart card management solutions, announced today that it has signed a contract for a full EMV migration solution with a Northern European financial group.

ANDiS4EMV will provide card, application and key management as part of the company's SEPA compliancy. The existing in-house EMV script processing will be fully integrated with the ANDiS system and will be used for the generation, management and delivery of scripts to update cards dynamically post issuance, and for secure management of offline payment.

Bell ID's ANDiS4EMV solution, will facilitate the issuance of millions of EMV-compliant debit and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), as well as providing a comprehensive key management system, data preparation and perso bureau management functionality. Using a sophisticated card management system also gives financial institutions the opportunity to develop their services in the future, for example to support multi-application debit or credit cards giving added value to customers.
