DigiNotar is a joint venture of Dutch notaries, performing the role of a Trusted Third Party (TTP) by authorising electronic signatures and supplying organisations with digital identities to secure e-business. ANDiS^© Management Systems, integrated with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), manages the life-cycle of the digital certificates. The implementation was awarded the Golden Chip Card Award at the Dutch National Chip Card Congress in 2000.
