Bell ID Raises the Bar With New ANDiS 5i CAMS

31 October 2006 (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) - With its latest ANDiS 5i release, Bell ID's Card & Application Management System (CAMS) has made another major step forward, providing end customers and partners a variety of new, highly effective and useful features and functions.

At Cartes 2006 visitors will be able to witness that as of today ANDiS not only leads the industry with rich functionality, flexibility and scalability, but also raises the bar for user-friendly and intuitive usage as well as easiness of installation and configuration.

• Simple installation with the configuration assistant
• Fast and reliable batch processing with the ANDiS dataport module
• 100% support for FIPS201
• Enhanced support for EMV
• Enhanced integration capabilities with the Key Management System Web service (KWS) and the new Post Issuance Personalisation Web Service (PWS)

The new GUI takes advantage of the latest web technology providing a much faster user experience. The latest 5i release also improved many operator processes on the bases of input from the ANDiS user community. Installing the systems becomes as simple as a “walk in the park”. Effectively a fully configured and operational ANDiS system can be installed in less than 8 hours.
