Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) has signed an agreement with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs to supply a card management system for the Rijkspas, the new multifunctional card for Dutch civil servants. The solution, ANDiS4Rijkspas, relies on commercial software by Bell ID and meets all of the requirements defined by the National Government.
