Bell ID's ANDiS platform will initially perform EMV data preparation to provide EMV issuing services for multiple banking customers. As the full functionality of ANDiS can be implemented in phases, it will enable UPS to offer additional enhanced card services in subsequent stages. These include EMV scripting, parameter management, post issuance personalisation and instant issuance services.

The ANDiS Card & Application Management System is a fully vendor independent system, allowing UPS to select any smart card brand for its customers. The implementation includes integration with the RS2's Bankworks software.
