Jan Dart Joins Bell ID

6 March 2008 (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) - Bell ID are pleased to announce the appointment of leading Industry expert, Mr. Jan Dart, as a non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Jan will join the Advisory Board of the Company and work with the existing Directors to drive sales growth, develop strategic alliances in key vertical markets, complement our ANDiS product development thinking and assist with the positioning of Bell ID's global brand as a leading and dedicated smart card, application and key management system.
Jan combines his non-exec role at Bell ID with his continuing position as Head of Business Solutions at Monitise plc, the leading global provider of mobile banking and payments technology.

Having been involved in the IT and payments arena for nearly 30 years, Jan has held a variety of technical and business development roles, both in the UK and overseas. He has worked within the banking sector as an independent consultant and as founder and director of a smart card solutions consultancy - Smart Card Integrations Limited.

His heritage also includes several years spent in senior management roles in smart card divisions of large companies and, prior to joining Monitise, he was Director and Head of Product Development of a UK smart card product and consultancy company.
