Originally a member of a larger group of companies, Bell ID has in fact been active in smart cards since 1989 and grew successfully to warrant its separate formation and incorporation in 1993.

With 65 employees, Bell ID believes that it represents the largest number of dedicated professionals globally, focused on the development of single and multi-application smart card management software.
