History

Our company commenced trading in the early 1990's as part of AND International Publishers NV, under the name AND Identification BV, primarily serving governmental and corporate institutions within the Benelux. Bell ID was founded in 1993 and acquired in 2000 by the Bell Group plc, the security business built by Pat Curran and listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1999.

In June 2004 the Bell Group was acquired by Securitas AB, with Pat Curran remaining actively involved in the management of the Group, including Bell ID. Since January 2005, Bell ID was acquired by Pat Curran, ensuring its stability and long term future as an independent company.
