History

Our company commenced trading in the late 1980s as part of AND International Publishers NV, under the name AND Identification BV, primarily serving governmental and corporate institutions within the Benelux. The company became an independent legal entity (incorporated) in 1993 and was acquired in 2000 by the Bell Group plc, a security firm established by Pat Curran and listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1999. In 2000, AND Identification BV was renamed to Bell ID.

In June 2004 the Bell Group was acquired by Securitas AB, with Pat Curran remaining actively involved in the management of the Group, including Bell ID. In January 2005, Bell ID was acquired by Pat Curran, ensuring its stability and long term future as an independent company.
