Training methods

Most training modules consist of a balanced mixture of theoretical and practical components, allowing the trainees to get hands on experience durign the training sessios. Each module making up a training programme is, where possible, based on a sample business case which runs throughout the programme. This allows trainees to see the theory in terms of practical application and puts the lessons into 'real life' perspective. In all training sessions there is ample room for questions and discussion. Questions that cannot be answered during a session will be marked as 'fridge items' to be answered at a later stage of the training.
