Cancellation by customer
Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees toward another course must be submitted in writing to the Bell ID Training & Documentation Department via fax (+31 (0)10-885 1011), email at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it , mail, or express delivery courier.
Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge, but is kindly requested to communicate new trainee information in advance, so that necessary changes to trainee packages can be made. Any training prerequisites will be transferred to the replacing attendee(s).
In order to provide Bell ID with sufficient notice to offer the opening to a stand-by trainee, a customer request for course cancellation or for a credit of registration fees toward another course must be received by Bell ID at least 20 business days prior to scheduled commencement date in order for customer to receive a full refund/credit of registration fees paid.
Request for cancellation or credit received by Bell ID more than 10 but fewer than 20 business days prior to scheduled commencement date shall entitle customer to receive 50% of registration fees paid in the form of refund or credit. (Bell ID Partners who receive training on credit as part of their Bell ID Partner Programme membership will only be entitled to half a credit in refund.)
No refund or credit will be available for cancellation/ substitution request received by Bell ID fewer than 10 days prior to scheduled commencement date. (Bell ID Partners who receive training on credit as part of their Bell ID Partner Programme membership will not be entitled to a credit in refund.)
Cancellation by Bell ID
Bell ID reserves the right to cancel or postpone any training course due to insufficient enrollment (minimum of 3 trainees attending) by providing notice to customer at least 20 business days prior to scheduled commencement date.
In the event of cancellation by Bell ID, customer may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative course(s).
Bell ID will not be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets purchased, incurred visa costs, (hotel) reservations or any other costs made by the customer.
