Bell ID implemented the ANDiS© Card and Application Management System (CMS/AMS) for the Government of the former Portuguese colony Macau, China. 540,000 forgery-proof smart ID cards have been issued to Macau citizens, which will provide secure access to a wide range of electronic government services, in addition to serving as an official ID document. The ANDiS© Post-Issuance Personalisation (PIP) module enables secure loading, modification and deletion of functionality, while the ANDiS^© Key Management System (KMS) provides for the generation and management of cryptographic  keys for additional security. Furthermore, the system is equipped with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
