Bell ID has delivered the ANDiS^© Card and Application Management System (CMS/AMS) for life-cycle management of the multi-application ID card for refugees in Southern Africa. This provides refugees with the necessary legal and physical protection. This smart card includes biometrics and will replace identity cards.
