The Dutch Internal Revenue Service (IRS - “Belastingdienst”) uses Bell ID’s ANDiS^© Management Systems to issue and manage 80,000 smart ID cards for staff and visitors at offices across the country. ANDiS^© enables the IRS to gather information locally and to manage and process data centrally. The contactless Mifare cards serve as a visual ID, as a tool for cashless vending and for access control to buildings and computer networks.
