BearingPoint and Gemalto implement Bell ID’s ANDiS Card, Application and Key Management System, providing a “FIPS compliant shared service" issuing system under the direction of General Services Administration (GSA) The GSA contract, which was awarded to Bearing Point, includes Gemalto’s SafesITe Government solution, which uses ANDiS as the Card Management System.
