Bell ID, a leading provider of smart card management systems, today announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with PandaID Soluciones. The two companies will bring Bell ID's ANDiS Smart Card Management Solution to the EMV banking, government and corporate ID markets in Venezuela and Colombia.

Bell ID today announced the appointment of Erik Wellen as General Manager Middle East. In his new role, Mr. Wellen will be responsible for the management of sales in the Middle East. Consequently, he will be the main contact person for Bell ID's current and future clients and partnerships. The new appointment is part of Bell ID's strategy to gain a solid base in this region.
